- Monday – Friday, 0700 – 1700 hrs each day (equivalent salary £46,930 per annum)

Requirements
- Must be qualified and time served with good PCV/HGV experience
- Experience in leading a team and working with management
- Valid PCV (D Category) licence is essential (Will consider applicants with Class 2 licence but must be willing to obtain PCV licence)
- Current PVG disclosure or be able to obtain one through the company
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of mechanics that operate on shift rota
- Key support to the Engineering Director
- Team contributor to maintain a modern, quality bus and coach fleet
- Provide excellent standards of maintenance
- Maintain the required high levels of health & safety standards within the workplace
- Able to work confidently, demonstrate and share good practice with the team
- Vehicle maintenance, servicing, MOT preparation and running repairs on a quality, modern fleet
- Ensure prompt repair of all defective vehicles to the highest standard in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with the requirements under the Company Operator Licence guidelines
- Ability to organise the team’s workload and ensure this is carried out, as instructed
- Communicate effectively and work flexibly
